Returns
•You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
•Returned items must be in their original packaging and include all parts, accessories, and documentation.
•Any items that are used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a full refund.
•To start a return, please contact us at your contact email/phone with your order number and reason for return.
 
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
•Electrical components or sensors once installed or unsealed.
•Custom or special-order parts.
•Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase.
 
Refunds
•Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
•Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
•Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where we shipped an incorrect or defective part.
•We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.
